PORTFOLIO — 5 projects

Sites I plan, build, and run myself.

Saying I have done business development, marketing and sales only goes so far. These are my own sites and channel: I defined the requirements, built them, bring in readers through search and social, and run them day to day. They are here as a working sample of how far I can carry things on my own when we work together.

RevenueScale

Your sales numbers, ready every morning.

A sales management tool (SFA) for sales organizations of up to about 100 people. From dialing a prospect list through deals, forecasts and post-sale contracts, the whole sales flow lives on one screen.

Why I built it

Designed to fill the gap between the limits of spreadsheets and the weight of enterprise SFAs. The principle is light input, disciplined process: credit for the person who booked the meeting survives after it becomes a deal, and the forecast is ready before the meeting — built in from the requirements and the data model up.

Aero Market

Find your next aircraft, in Japan.

A marketplace for pre-owned aircraft in Japan, searchable by manufacturer, type, price, year and hours. It lists whole aircraft as well as fractional shares, and the operator brokers every conversation with the seller through to contract.

Why I built it

A sister service to General Aviation Navi. Listings, inquiries, brokered messaging with sellers, deal tracking and success-fee invoicing are all designed to be run by a single operator. It carries the media site's readers through to an actual marketplace.

General Aviation Navi

Bringing general aviation closer, and wider.

A Japanese-language media site on general aviation: private pilot licence and training guides, airports where you can train, aircraft guides and gear — written from the seat of someone actually in training.

Why I built it

It organizes licence, training, airport and aircraft information for people aiming to become private pilots. Search-driven articles work together with X, YouTube, Instagram and TikTok, and the readers it gathers are the entry point to Aero Market.

Gaishi Career Navi

Helping you thrive at foreign-owned companies in Japan.

A Japanese-language media site for people aiming to join, or already working at, foreign-owned companies in Japan — company analyses, interview preparation, overseas transfers and English study, written by a salesperson at a US tech company.

Why I built it

Company analyses and other articles bring readers in from search, and a three-month career-consulting service sits behind them. Articles build trust, trust leads to consultations — one continuous funnel from acquisition to sale.

Flying Tech Salesman

Making the dream of flying real.

A YouTube channel documenting my private pilot training from the cockpit — flying the FA-200 at Kumamoto Airport, published as both full-length episodes and Shorts.

Why I built it

Flight footage, what flying the aircraft actually looks like, and what I learn along the way, recorded as the path to a private pilot licence. Full-length episodes and Shorts are made for different audiences, and the channel links back and forth with General Aviation Navi. My training totals are also on the FLIGHT page of this site. Videos are in Japanese.
